Death toll in Islamabad traffic accident rise to 7

Police said that the driver of the ill-fated passenger bus went to sleep when the bus rammed into a trawler loaded with cement this morning at 7.00 A.M. near seven kilometers away from Islamabad Toll Plaza here.
The passenger bus from Bhawalpur en-route Lahore was on way to Islamabad, police said.
The bodies of the three dead and 27 injured were sent to Islamabad PIMS Hospital, while one was brought to the CMH Rawalpindi. From among the injured three more succumbed to their injuries taking the death toll to seven.The bus driver sustained minor injury, while the bus hostess and the guard were included among the seven dead.
Rescue 1122, Motorway police and Edhi volunteers soon after receiving the information of the accident had reached the scene.
